As a native New Yorker and a patriot of the United States I am looking forward to a visit to the new World Trade Center. I can still vividly remember September 11th and the complete disbelief in what was taking place. I believe New York earned the bragging rights here.

Key Fixed Mortgage Rates Fall to 4-Month Low
We can thank the Federal Government shut-down for the decline in mortgage rates. Although the rates are trending higher, and are expected to do so in the Spring of 2014, right now you can still buy your home for under 4.5%. It probably won't get better than that any time soon.
