Cody Cuisine

As a self-proclaimed food critic I thought I'd post an honorable mention for Adriano's. Italian food is a staple in our home. We prepare most meals from scratch including pizza. Due to unforeseen circumstances (and those of you that know us know what we mean) we are eating out more. We ordered a pizza at Adriano's last night and it was the best pizza we've had in Cody. So good in fact, that we're headed back tonight to try the veal. Hope it's as good as the pizza was.

Some Good Economic News

For those of us that are Baby-Boomers, we like things to happen quickly. Don't want to have to wait for things to change,..we want to change them now. Well, there's good news and bad news...in Wyoming, things are changing for the better, just not quickly so take a deep breath and hang on. The sky's not falling...read this link from the Wyoming Business Report..http://www.wyomingbusinessreport.com/article.asp?id=52836

Habitat Works

Habitat For Humanity is a great way to give back to our community. Think about how much could be accomplished if every service club and/or business in Cody gave a weekend of their time. Habitat changes lives in a very positive way. As a company, The Donley Team felt a greater sense of chamraderie after working at Habitat. Cody Wy real estate can provide many with a greater sense of security.

Rental Property & Property Management

With interest rates at an all-time low you'd think buyer's would be running to the bank to qualify. Instead we are seeing a surge of tenants. Many people coming in to the cody wyoming real estate market are opting to rent before they buy.

We now have a wide selection of rental properties available to accommodate any price range.

What's interesting is that with rates at 4.5 % and sometimes lower, it's actually cheaper to buy a home. If anyone has this figured out just let me know.

HGTV

I'm an HGTV watcher. For those who don't know about HGTV, it's a cable channel where homeowners can learn home improvement tips, how to stage a home and inexpensive "fixes" to make your home more saleable.

Recently, HGTV had a program that educated a home seller on the top 7 things they can do to make their homes look better than their competition. If you'd like a copy just send me an e-mail and I'll get it to you. thedonleyteam@realestatecody.com.
