Ok, so for those of you that know me, and those that don't, I have had some major challenges during the last 24 months.
Challenges can often lead to depressing and negative thoughts which is definitely NOT who I am. I decided to do something about this so I picked up a book in the airport called "The Happiness Project".
If you haven't read this book I would highly recommend it. You don't need to be depressed to appreciate it, you just have to want to improve the existing quality of each and every day.
I personally love Grechen's 12 Commandments and in particular, #3. This is simple and very good advice, simple being the operative word. Gretchen's Commandments are listed below.
